Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking of buying Zero Cost Commissions, there wasn’t many real reviews around.

So, I thought I’d do a quick write-up to help any of you who are in the same position I was.

But be warned, I’ll be going into the good and the bad points of Zero Cost Commissions, so if that’s not something you want to read, you might may as well leave now.

My first impressions of Zero Cost Commissions:

I was expecting a product that would allow me and show new ways of how to make a sizable income online with little effort, almost automatically as they stated on their website.

I also expected a software that automated everything making it easy and simple for me to generate huge amounts of cash or a reasonable amount of money on a monthly basis and in a short space of time. “A Secret Loophole”

But most of all I expected to get a software that provided loads of traffic without using expensive Pay Per Click, time consuming article writing, SEO, etc.

What Zero Cost Commissions has helped me achieve:

Absolutely Nothing! I don’t wish to sound rude or biased but it is the brutal, cold honest truth.

The top 5 things that I learned from Zero Cost Commissions:

I learned NOTHING from their software or their ebook, but this is what I did find out:

1. That there website is misleading. *They ask for more money after you pay the $37.

2. They provide little information in their 99 page ebook and many of the links to external information do not work.

3. The software is absolutely worthless for the price.

4. You will need to set up a website account with WordPress because it doesn’t work with Blogger.

What I find most useful about Zero Cost Commissions:

That it is sold through Clickbank so you can get your money back.

Who would benefit from purchasing Zero Cost Commissions:

I doubt if anyone will find this software useful. If you are new to working online it may help but do not expect to make anywhere near what they show on Zero-Cost-Commission website. You will be chasing an elusive dream.

This program is of no use to intermediate or experienced marketer.

What I think was left out of Zero Cost Commissions:

Too much. They should just be truthful with their advertising. That it is a worthless piece of junk.

How quickly Zero Cost Commissions can help someone:

I used it for almost 2 months but with no real success. So it may take longer than 2 months if at all. They ask you to purchase an additional $77.00 traffic software but I refused to buy it because the claim on the Zero Cost Commission website stated that you will not need anything else to make money and get traffic automatically for just $37

Proof that Zero Cost Commissions really works:

There is no proof that this software works. Yes on their website they show their Clickbank account stating that they earned a lot of money, but chances are that money was derived from selling their hyped-up worthless products to trustworthy people like you.

Negatives about Zero Cost Commissions:

The cost is so misleading. There is the initial cost of $37, then $77 for traffic software, then other back end products that they advertise. You are sure to spend over $200 on the total system and still no guaranteed result.

All the software consist of is a total of 11 questions that you have to answer. You will have to pick a product to review and then write about it. So in essence you are still doing most of the work. Once you answer the questions, the software just adds a few sentences to it and then you publish it to your WordPress blog. That’s a total rip off. You have done all the work because you have to know about the product in order to answer the review questions effectively.

The software does not offer option for you to paste content from a text or word document, so you have to type the answers to each or most of the questions. This is awfully time consuming if you intend to write a proper review of a product. There is no spell check or editing ability such as bolding, font change or font color change to enhance your review.

You still have to find traffic to your blog. On their website they said there would be no need for articles, SEO, link building, PPC, etc. But at the end of the Zero Cost Commission ebook they inform you to use these same methods including forum advertising and Social media to get visitors to your website.

Additional skills or tools needed to get the most out of Zero Cost Commissions:

Get ready to spend an additional $200 or more for other software that they will force you to buy. And still there will be no guarantee of success.

My final words about Zero Cost Commissions:

boss? Was your goal to have the freedom to work when it is

I just want to warn you about these "home
assembly" opportunities.

They are dangerous because they are SO darn
seductive. They make you think that you can
just turn your "idle" time in dollars by
doing some "easy" assembly in a few minutes.

They tell you that the average person can
assemble 10 in an hour and that they pay
you $4 for each one!

Whoa! That's $40 an hour!

Wow! That's 80 grand a year!

Woo-hoo! Where do I sign up?!

DON'T DO THEM!
Here's how they work:

You PAAAAAY to have someone send you the
parts for some kind of hand-built thingy--
like cookie cutters, or beaded jewelry, or
something like that.

You PAY for the parts, assemble them and
then "sell" them back to the company.

You get the difference between what you
paid for the parts and what you sell them
back to the company for.

But that NEVER happens. Want to know the
truth?

First, there is almost always something
wrong with the parts that you are given.
They aren't punched out correctly or one
part is missing, or something like that.

So it takes you FOREVER to fix that little
problem on each one and finally get the
thing put together.

Second, after you fight through all the
problems and finally get the shipment
back to the company, you don't hear from
them.

Then if you're lucky enough to find a
working phone number for them,they tell
you that the assembly was "inferior" and
they had to reject your items.

YOU don't get paid!

Then you ask for your security deposit
back and you're told that it was
non-refundable.

Look, this really is a scam. Right to the

Think about it. This idea might have
worked in the US 100 years ago. It might
have made a lot of sense then.

But now, high speed factories put these
things together, and if it really is
something that has to be hand-built.
There are literally millions of people
in China, Thailand and the Philippines
lining up to do this kind of work for
50 cents an hour!

Although there may be some legitimate work

This Scam Secret is the scary one because it is so
deceitful but so effective at the same time.

Is there a difference between lying and
intentionally misleading someone?

What I mean is, is it ethical to intentionally make
someone think that something is true, when you know
it really isn't?

This is what deceptive websites are doing to you when
they choose the pictures to show on their website.

You know the ones I'm talking about. They have
pictures of mansions and expensive sports cars and
yachts on them. You are made to think that this is
the lifestyle of the person who is trying to sell you
his "riches system."

The truth is more likely that he's in debt up to
his eyeballs and he's trying to make you think he
can tell you how to get rich.

You just have to put your guard up as you read these
web pages!

Some of this stuff is easy to cut through. If the
picture of the Ferrari looks like it came from the
showroom brochure, it did.

The same with the yacht. How many people have an
aerial photo of their own boat? :)

As for the mansion, does it look like a snapshot
with shadows and/or harsh lighting? Or does it look
like a professional photographer took the picture?
Most of these photos are just stock photos that
anyone can buy on a CD.

That is an almost magical word.

Watch out because it can be deceiving. I talked
with a less-than-honest Internet Marketer the
other day about this. This guy is a leader in
the industry and if I told you his name, it's
possible that you know him. So I'm not going to
use his name at this time.

He told me something that was really remarkable
though. He has a website where he sells products
for the home. He told me that he went into
Photoshop on his computer and in about an hour,
put together a very official looking little graphic
that said, "CERTIFIED by Alexa" on it and placed
that graphic in a strategic place on his website.

Guess what happened.

His sales went up 15%!

Now, Alexa is a well-respected website and they
wouldn't like it if they found out that their
name and logo were being used in this way, but
the truth is that this guy started making an
extra $4000 per month because of that little
word: "Certified".

The reason this word is so powerful is because
it indicates that the website has been evaluated
by an external watch-dog organization and is
therefore safe and scam-free.

The truth is that there really are legitimate
ratings organizations out there protecting the
consumer on the Internet. But if you don't know
which ones are real and which ones are fabricated,
you might fall prey to a scheme.

So here is a list of the legitimate logos you can
watch for as you seek a legitimate home business.
I've also included examples of where some of these
can be found. In each case, you don't even need to
read the sales letter. Just scroll all the way to
the bottom of the page where the certification logo
is located. Each one can be clicked on to verify
that it is authentic.

*** Hacker Safe:
This organization provides member sites with credit
card security as well as the protection of other
data, like email addresses of customers. Don't
trust the logo unless you see that it has been
updated with a new date that is no older than 2
days back. You can see an example of this one in

*** Trust-E:
This organization ensures that its members do not
spam the people who sign up for their email list.
They also ensure that your email address is not
shared with other organizations.

*** BBB Online:
This is one of the most respected trust bureaus on
the Internet. It's the Internet presence of the
Better Business Bureau. Member companies have to
maintain very high standards to maintain good
standing. Look at Salehoo.com for an example of
this one.

*** Honest-e Online:
It is a watchdog organization that publishes
individual "consumer information pages" for all
of their member's websites. The purpose is to
provide consumers with real-time access to each
company's current profile,website address and
description. You can actually see any complaints
anyone currently has against a website when you
click on the logo.

Remember though, you have to check out these
certifications by clicking on them to see if they
lead you to the actual certification service. Some
website owners have been stealing the images
without paying for the service.

"I'm literally rolling in dough now, but it wasn't
always that way. Not long ago, I was out of work.
My wife had lost her job also. We sold our cars and
we were just days away from foreclosure. That's when
I saw this website about... "

--You're not believing it are you?--

Well how about this one:

The other day I was out in the yard planting new
flowers. My neighbor came over and asked me, "I've
just got to ask you--it seems like you're always
either on vacation in Hawaii or you're at home
playing with your kids. You just got that new Porsche,
so I've just got to ask, did you win the lottery or
something?"

And then the story goes on to say how I started a
new Internet business and left my job within a month,
making more now than I did at my job...

You know, I guess that kind of thing can happen, but
it's certainly not the norm. Something like that
happened to me, but certainly not that fast and easy.

It takes work.

To quote my favorite movie, "Anyone who tells you
otherwise is selling something."

It took me 3 years and a lot of work to get to
five figures per month income. My story's not a
flashy story. I just worked hard. Maybe I'll tell
you the story sometime, but that's not the point of
today's post.

I want to warn you what to look out for in a
personal story so you don't get duped.

Copywriters will tell you that nothing gains trust
faster on a website than a personal story. Let the
visitor know that you're just an ordinary person who
found the right information at the right time.

So what do website owners do? They make them up!

I once found a website where the website owner
spoke boldly about how he had made hundreds of
thousands of dollars in a few months on the Internet.
The guy must have been daft because he gave his
actual street address and phone number so people
could call or write to him directly.

I didn't call, but I was so incredibly curious that
I looked up his address on one of those websites
where you can see satellite images of people's
houses.

Well, let me just say that after I saw where he
lived, I can tell you he wasn't making hundreds of
thousands of dollars a year. What a ditz!

If you're going to lie, at least cover your tracks!

And at least be somewhat realistic.

What I've got to tell you is simply this: Be
wary when you see a personal story. The intent
is to gain your trust. The tragic thing is that some
websites will tell you a lie to gain your trust!
How's that for bent?

That's just the nature of the Internet unfortunately
and you have to be aware of what is going on.

Let me give you an example of a personal story
that is real. Susan Smith runs Survey Scout. Her
site is the number 1 Paid survey site on the
Internet in terms of membership. Take a look at her
interview with Deborah Casey, a woman who's been
quietly making a living from home for years by
filling out surveys online.

You definitely want to read this interview even
if you never sign up with Survey Scout or any other
paid survey company. It's amazing how she's figured
out how to do a few surveys a day and make a decent
pay at it.

Here's a hint: you don't have to actually sign up
with Survey Scout to get this interview. Just fill
out the first page with your name and email address
and they send it to you! Even without paying!

It's like a glitch in their system. Do it before
they find it. :)

filling out surveys online. She gives instead a

You gotta give credit to someone like that. She's
not overselling her experience with taking surveys.
Just giving the real story.

So just be wary of personal stories. The intent is
to gain your trust. Put up your guard and turn on
your hype sensors when you see them.

You are not only in danger of being duped by
scam websites, but you are also being lied to.

The Third Secret of Scammers is:
"The effective use of testimonials"

Nothing is more powerful than customer
testimonials to motivate impulse buying. That's
why you see so many of them on the landing pages
of work at home opportunities.

The simple truth is that they are THE most
effective tool on a sales page of a website. They
appear at just the right moment in the sales funnel
when you are most susceptible to buying on impulse.

The copywriter has used some emotional impact
tricks and you are ready to buy. Then wham--they
hit you with a testimonial that shows you that you
are right! This system really does work!

The reality is that so many of these testimonials
are fabricated. How do you spot a fake? No one has
a magic formula for you unfortunately, but I can
show you some tell-tale signs.

The first is to check the picture. Many
testimonials show a picture of the person who
submitted it. If that photo looks like a
professional studio picture, then it is pretty
much guaranteed to be a fake testimonial.

Most people are plain looking, and all snapshots
are just that: snapshots. That's what people send
in with their testimonials. If the photo looks too
professional, it is. And the testimonial's a fake.

What about testimonials that use someone's
initials instead of a full name? Or the ones that
reference the state, but not the city? They are
probably fakes also. But there is no way to trace
them. How many "D.W.'s" live in state of California?

The next thing to look for is testimonials that
are too good.

If the testimonial says just the right thing at
just the right time in the sales letter of the
website, it's likely a fake. Does it sound like
more of the same of what the copy-writer is trying
to convince you of at that particular part of the
page?

Real testimonials don't quite say the "right" thing.
Real customers don't say things the way copywriters
do. They say things like, "Hey, I got half of the
ebook read and I'm pretty encouraged by it. Thanks
for telling me this stuff." Or, "Everything in this
package is great. I can't wait to start making
money with it." Or, "I made $150 the second week.
So far it's working."

In fact, let me show you some real ones. Click here

Don't even pay attention to the video or read the
sales letter. Just read the testimonials that are
about half way down the page.

Those are real and you can tell just by reading
them. These are people who haven't made millions
yet, but they're off to a good start and they wanted
to tell about it.

And they're not saying they're doing millions of
dollars worth of business. Just some believable,
(although encouraging) amounts for starting out.

One other thing you can look for is testimonials
that have been recorded. We have found that many
of the legitimate sites have taken the time and
effort to ask their customers to actually record
their testimonial. These have been placed on the
website for you to hear.

Can a scam site do the same? Maybe give a friend
10 bucks to fake a testimonial? Yeah, but we have
found that most scam sites won't take the effort to
do that.

False testimonials are a violation of the Federal
Trade Commission Act Section 5(a). So if you find
one that you can prove, go to the FTC's website and
turn them in. The problem is proving it. And the website
owners know that.

Self-seeking work at home opportunities website owners
are doing everything they can do to seduce you into
buying their bogus home business Internet products.

And you're going to fall for it unless you've been
told their secrets beforehand.

The trick I'm going to tell you about today gets me
in trouble. I have a lot of people mad at me because I
tell this secret. But that's okay. They can be mad.

Honestly I don't care. What I do care about is protecting
the people who visit my blog (like you) from work at home
business scams and from being fooled by the tricks of
copywriters.

So do you want to know what the killer clincher at the
bottom of nearly every effective sales letter is? This is
the little seductive lie that seals the deal.

At this point the copywriter has slowly removed all of
your objections, making you think that you'd be an idiot
if you didn't buy the incredible work at home business idea!

He has you on the precipice, you're thinking about giving
it a try. All the copywriter needs to do is give you the
slightest little nudge and you go over the edge. And here
it comes:

It's called the Trick Deadline.

I know you've seen it. It takes on many forms. Here are
some examples:

"You must buy by midnight tonight or I can't guarantee
this price."

"We are definitely going back to our original price in the
next few days, so take advantage of this 50% discount NOW."

"We have sold thousands of copies of our package at the
$167 price. This experimental $49 price will only last
through the end of the day today."

Let me tell you, when you see these statements don't
believe them for a minute. The price is going to be the
exact same when you come back a week later or even a month
later. It's just a tricky sales tactic to get you to buy now.

The reason they do this is because they want your money
now. They have brought you through the sales funnel and
you will never be more susceptible to buying than you are
right at this minute. So they want to push you over
the edge.

My recommendation would be look around a bit. Read some
reviews of the product first. DO NOT trust the reviews that
took all their information from the sales letter of the
website that is being reviewed. You can read all that for
yourself.

Instead, you need reviews of the actual ebook or service.
Reviews written by people who have actually read and
implemented the strategies and tools that are revealed in
the ebook.

One last thing. And I know that this is going to sound
hokey. But I have to say it. The trick deadline is used
by just about EVERY website out there. Even a few that
I have recommended on my website have done it.

I don't like it. It's regrettable. And I have talked to
the product owners about that, but they just tell me that
the deadline is so motivating that they do it to get their
sales up. They tell me that they believe in their product
so much that they don't have a problem motivating people
to buy in this way.

So that's that. I can't do anything about it except warn you
not to fall for it. Just know that you have been armed with
knowledge about the trick deadline. You don't have to fall
for it.

I really just don't want you to fall into the trap of
thinking that you just happened to stumble into a
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and you have to make your
decision right now to get it at a particularly good price.

You've got the knowledge now. Don't fall for the tricks.

I wish someone would have shown me when I started

I got scammed so many times it wasn't funny. I DID find
a great solution for me finally, but I wasted a lot of
time and money trying to find it. That's what I want to
spare you.

There's no reason for you to be scammed too. Not when
I have the information you need to avoid it.

But... No one else on the Internet reveals the
information I am about to tell you.

What you are being subjected to at most work-at-home
opportunity sites is a very subtle form of seduction.
I know that sounds strange, but let me show you over
the next few days what is happening.

The First Secret of Seduction is simply this:
Knowing that you are being scammed.

You are being seduced into pulling your credit card
out of your wallet and willingly paying $97 or
whatever for an opportunity to escape the rat race.
It will cost you dearly if you don't know about the
con they are playing on you.

The first thing you need to understand is the
power of persuasive writing.

Are you familiar with what a copy-writer does? He or
she is the professional writer who writes all the text
of the web pages of all the business opportunity
websites that you find on the Internet.

Care to guess how much they get paid? Some copywriters
are paid as much as $20,000 to write ONE webpage. This
page is called the "sales letter" and it is the first page you
see when you first go to a business opportunity site.

to 20 pages long. You feel like you've read a book when

The reason they are paid so much is because they can
con most people into buying pretty much anything.

they are making you want to buy, but you find yourself
wanting to believe that this is the way out of your
financial problems.

You think, maybe I can do this. It sounds easy... And
fast... And look at all these testimonials of other
people doing it...

You find yourself reaching for your credit card...

I'm serious. It's almost like hypnosis.

Let me ask you this, have you ever read one of those 10
page sales letters all the way to the bottom? If you're
like most of us, you have. And the reason you did that
is because that copywriter was successfully seducing you.
He or she conned you into wasting 30 minutes of your life.

Copywriters are just that good at what they do. The best
ones are offered HUGE contracts to develop the "copy" for
an entire website.

They write for both legitimate sites and scam sites. They
really don't care if the site they are writing for is scam
or not. As long as they get paid.

The copy-writer will work on a website's sales letter
page for weeks and fine tune every single sentence. The
objective is to build trust, hope and/or fear in you as
they move you down the "sales funnel."

If you are aware of this, you have a better chance of
protecting yourself against it. The copywriter is slowly
and methodically removing all your objections one by one
until you reach the bottom of the page.

And it is there that you are hit with the FINAL BLOW and
seduced into spending your money.

Working From Home - It All Starts With A Dream

If you don't have a dream, how are you going to make
your dreams come true?

It all starts with a dream...

Let me tell you up front that if you do not have a dream,
you will not become a millionaire other than by winning
a game of chance. It's just too hard.

To make this kind of money you need to be laser-beam
focused, and you can't be that if you only have a half
hearted interest in what you are doing. You know this
is true.

How? Just look at some famous multi-millionaires who
still keep working ten or twelve hours a day, even
though they don't need the money.

Why do they do this? Because they have a passion for
what they do. They would probably do it without
payment!

Dreaming is a type of visualization.
It is visualization plus passion. These are the things that
you really want to be, to have or to do. If you do not
achieve these things over (say) the next ten years, you
are going to be seriously disillusioned and upset.

You should be able to write a list of six such things.
If you cannot think of a single one then you are most
unlikely ever to live a life of power and passion.
Also, your chances of making big money are vanishingly
small. If you like, this is your first reality check.

Can you think of a few things about which you are
passionate? One or two things which you care deeply
about? Just one would be a start.

Don't beat yourself up if you cannot immediately think
of something. It is hard to dream up a better life for
yourself due to the decades of negative conditioning
you have allowed yourself to accept.

How often did your teachers, parents and friends
encourage you to dream and ask you to share your vision
with them?

Approximately never? I thought so! How often did
someone shoot your fledgling dreams down in flames or
pour scorn upon them? Small wonder that your dreams are
not on public display.

As you continue your quest to work from home to
supplement your income or earn a full time income, you
must remain focus on your dream of being financially

Seriously Do You Have What It Takes To Work From Home?

Successful people know that they must sacrifice
something today in order to achieve a lot more
tomorrow.

For years I denied to myself that this was one of the
secrets of becoming a millionaire, having a
successful work at home business or achieving
anything else of note for that matter.

I think the reason that I avoided naming this secret
was because I disliked the word 'discipline.' But there
isn't a better single word which adequately covers
this concept.

'Focused Will' is close, but that's two words. Single
words work better for concepts like these, so we're
stuck with 'discipline'.

In my discussions with other multi-millionaires, and
other work at home individuals, this was the word they
used most frequently when trying to explain their
success. I became really excited when I finally accepted
this. A lot of things fell into place. This was the key
concept which differentiated the rich from the poor; the
successful from the failures.

Discipline.

Without it, you're one of the 95%+ who fail at working
from home. Remember, this is not my judgment on
others - I have no right to judge. These people are failures
by their own admission and definitions. If you were to ask
them if they feel they have succeeded in their work at
home business, or failed, they would readily confess to
having failed, although they would, of course, blame factors
outside of themselves for this failure.

With discipline, you have a good chance of rising above
the crowd, making money from your online business and
retiring early as a wealthy man or woman.

Everything I write is aimed at preventing you from
reaching retirement with nothing. If you reach
retirement as a pauper dependent upon charity, having
lived a life of quiet desperation, frustrated, never
having achieved anything much of note, never having
dreamed, never beaten a real challenge, then your life is a
failure by any standards, but certainly by your own. Of course,
if you are happy in your powerlessness and poverty, then none
of this matters.

Are you a disciplined person, in general?

There are hundreds of indicators of a disciplined mind,
not one of which is essential, but put together, they
start to add up to a pattern.

Can you get up in the morning? Are your shoes clean,
your hair and teeth brushed? Are your car and house
tidy? Are your personal papers (gas bills, bank
statements, etc.) filed in some sort of reasonable
order? Do you turn out a good job of work, even when
nobody is looking?

I could think of five hundred more indicators, but you
get the idea. It's up to you to look at your life and
make an honest assessment of your level of discipline
or lack of it.

Again, I am not judging you. Live how you want to live,
- it's your life. But if you want a life of power and wealth,
then I can guarantee you will not get it if your life is
anything like I have described.

Discipline is vital.

People often marvel at my success When I meet them
face to face. However I often say something like this:

"There's nothing really special about me. I'm just an
average guy made good. You could do what I have done."

I say this to try and remove the 'guru factor.' You
can't get people to emulate you if they think you're
the incarnation of a sun-god!

So I tell them I'm just a regular guy, and that's the
truth. Yes, I have an education and a certain amount of
common-sense. But one of the main reason why I have
had success working at home is because I have discipline.

Often, the people sitting opposite me do not have
discipline, or at least they haven't made it central to
their lives because, heck, it takes discipline to be
disciplined! I can see the lack of discipline in the
way they dress, the way they sit, and the way they
talk.

In order for you to start a work at home business, and to
make money and have success in your online venture,
you must decide to discipline yourself. You will not get
rich overnight despite what some websites promise
unless you first discipline yourself to devote time, energy,
effort and money into your work at home business.
